Turned out great, but definitely does not look like the image. Used monkfruit as my sweetener and had to bake for about 15 minutes to get a slight golden exterior, then let it cool for about 5 minutes so it doesn't crumble. Made 12 somewhat small cookies.

Very easy. I subbed 1/2 c. Briana's Baking Mix for the almond flour and 3 tbsp truvia for both sweeteners. I also added 1 tbsp butter, 1 egg, and a bit of almond extract. This recipe made 12 small cookies. They are OK warm but fantastic after letting them cool and crisp up a bit! They have the taste and texture of spritz cookies! Ill be making a double batch of these and putting them in my cookie press to see if they come out that way. BTW for anyone on THM these are an S.

Easy to make. I added shredded lemon peel and lemon juice. I also crumble it for cheese cake crust. I found it to be better than keto crust recipes.

this was delicious! I used Coconut and almond flour and used an extra tbsp of butter and cooked a little longer! love the fact it didnt call for the typical eggs! I def will be making these again and plan to add more flavors! (i tried it as is, with cinnamon, and with lemon) I enjoyed each of them!

Actually not bad! Easy. All ingredients on hand. Surprised they held together. Satisfied sweet tooth!

Turned out great , but don’t substitute with liquid stevia , it gave an awful aftertaste.
