- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1 handful cherry tomatoes
- 1 boneless chicken thigh
- 2 Tbsp. prawns (ready cooked small)
- 2 tsp. tandoori spice blend (medium)
- rock salt (pinch of natural)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 3 tsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. ketchup (low sugar, I used a hot one)
- 1 garlic clove (small)
- pickled cucumber (small sour, that’s a keto option, for non – keto option you can use sweet pickled cucumber)
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- Tabasco Sauce (optionally :, I skipped, because of hot ketchup, optional)
