- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil (or butter, plus extra for greasing mug)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 2 Tbsp. sweetener (monk fruit, or sweetener of choice)
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder (I have a grain-free baking powder recipe here)
- 1 dash sea salt
- 1 tsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. beetroot powder (optional, gives it a red tint. You may use red food coloring if you like to.)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- whipped cream
- 1 dash coconut oil (or butter, melt it, and stir)
- peanut butter
- almond butter
- cashew butter
- vanilla
- cream cheese
- sweetener
