The best pork chops I’ve ever had! The sauce is amazing. I love mushrooms so I add a lot extra

This meal wasa hit with the family. the pork chops were very tender and the sauce was delicious. Everyone didn't like mushrooms so i didn't use a full 2 cups. I'm not sure why the half and half took so long to thicken but had to make a slurry with flour and water to thicken the sauce. I roasted Brussels and made quinoa to go with this dish and everything was good.

Perfect! Great recipe, although I caved and added a little flour and sherry to the sauce :)

Soooo good!!! Easy to make but I did add more cream so we could have more sauce and my whole family loved it

Definitely recommend thinner pork chops, I had thicker ones but they took a lot longer to cook. It was a fantastic recipe, hubby and I both loved it!!

I used chicken tenders instead of pork chops and it turned out amazing! I added a little rosemary as well. My whole family liked it. Definitely a keeper.
