A very simple and very satisfying keto treat for all the chocolate/peanut butter lovers out there. Both granulated swerve and brown sugar swerve work well in this recipe. Don't have xanthan gum on hand? No worries, the recipe tastes the same without it. The purpose of xanthan gum is to help stabilize/thicken the filling, but I find that the filling holds up pretty well without it. For a small time saver, I sprinkle Lilly's chocolate chips on top instead of a chopped up chocolate bar.
