Followed the other reviewer's suggestion about adding some Parmesan just cos I love it. Also added a couple tablespoons of chopped onion. This dish is DEEELICIOUS! I'm low carb, so this solves my rice and quinoa cravings. Can't speak to the digestive issues - yet. This is my first time eating hemp hearts so we shall see. But if all goes well, I will definitely be making this again!
