Thank you! I can prep breakfast for the week! I see lots of uses for this “ dough”. Maybe add a lil keto gravy to make it not so dry.

Tasty! Very easy and quick to make. I didn’t have mozzarella so I used provolone. Wasn’t sticking together very well but they held up nicely. Crunchy and cheesey outside ...and eggs weren’t dried out. I took it out of the oven after just over 10 minutes (gas oven) but wish I would have grabbed them a tad earlier. Can easily eat on the go too! Thanks for the recipe!
