I used heavy cream because and plant based butter. I used 4 very small cloves of garlic and they were too strong. Would halve that next time. Otherwise very tasty

So simple. These instructions are great and very clear. Husband LOVED them and went back for seconds...and he’s a guy who loves his mashed potatoes, so this is huge! Will definitely make again.

Great! I boiled it a little too long so it was a bit runny but the flavor was still amazing! The garlic and butter make a huge difference.

Delicious! The flavor was so good. For my husband and I's taste, i think we would add a bit less water nect time, for a thicker texture.

texture was a little grainy but i think i undercooked cauliflower slightly. Otherwise nice, will do again.

Awesome! Fairly easy to make. Excellent flavor. Drain well.. i used my used vitamix and added heavy cream for a creamy mashed potato like texture.

Came out a bit too runny. Recommend milk instead of water, if needed at all, adding a bit at a to me until the desired consistency is reached. Also: less salt,

GREAT. We used 2 percent milk instead of water - only needed 1/3 cup, and we made ours in a food processor instead of dealing with the blender.

I added a little heavy whipping cream to the blender and they came out nice and creamy and treated delicious!!
