    I added a tiny bit of vanilla essence to this but it was awesome! IS awesome! we're a very bread loving family but for health have had to change to a low carb diet. I needed to make something quick [like how quick a sandwich would have been] and i found this recipe. I didn't use a mug but those red soup cups you can buy from woolies [in Australia] since it's shape is pretty consistent. It's texture is quite spongy, like an actual sponge not like the cake but it tastes good, it's good both as bread and toast [though I haven't tried It cold yet sorry] I rarely follow directions to the specific or use measuring devices so if you're a careless cook like me you'll be fine <3 Positives: - Quick -Easy -Tasty. - Has the possibility of making various flavors, cheesy, Herby, fruit would all work! Negatives: -It can break apart a little so if you're putting a spread on it like butter make sure it's quite soft first. - If you're expecting it to taste like bread you're not going to be happy. [though I doubt you'll find a low carb bread that does :( ] - It's so easy and quick you'll make it all the time O_O [sorry this is a mess, i wrote it out all nice but when i hit submit it just all jumbled together :( ]
