    Wow, this turned out absolutely amazing. The marinade with the coconut oil made for extremely flavorful and presentable meat. It's easy to prepare and fast to cook once it's in the pan/wok. I paired this recipe with yellow rice, but so many other sides are suitable. This is definitely one for the books.

    I left this marinating for 2 days. I got busy and ended up eating out so cooked it the next night instead. I’m new to using coconut aminos, but I have to say the meat was amazing! So much so that I bought more today so I can make it again and double the recipe. I’m going to eat it with salads and as a main dish. I also used roasted sesame oil when cooking. Yummy!

    Simple and delicious. For this to be truly keto, soy sauce is preferred over coconut aminos; coconut aminos has way more carbs.

    Cook it in a heavy cast iron pan for heat retention. Came out great. I combined it with a peppers and onion side dish I found on here. Family loved it.

    Used shave beef instead and added about 1/8 cup rice vinegar and 2 tbs sesame oil, garnished with sesame seeds. Yum!
