This turned out great. We used a different sauce and added spinach. I will continue to make this. Once the zucchini is cut must add salt and let it sit and it absorbs the water. Then dap it with a paper towel to to pull the rest of the water out of it:

We liked it I have three kids and both liked it I did add 1 cup of sauce and sprinkled Parmesan on the ricotta layer
After keto I think I’ll sub with ground turkey this one is a keeper my husband liked the crunch of the zucchini I used a knife to make thin slices

just..ok..the tastyness of maranara and the healthy flavor of zucchini just dont go over to well..and the technique of slicing zucchini isn't as easy as it looks.
