It was great! Easy to make and will make again. Mine is not super juicy because the amount of tomato sauce used but its a great substitution.

Had a lot of zucchini so tried this, very tasty! Added onion with the ground beef, strained beef before adding sauce. Added Italian seasoning to the ricotta and extra sauce before layering the cheese to finish. Would be good with Italian sausage instead.

This was delicious, however, beware of portion sizes if you're doing true keto. I was staying under 20 grams net carbs a day, and this would've easily put me over that. I had to reduce the amount of tomato sauce. Other than that, was delectable! Also froze very well.

It was delicious!! I did use reg lasagna noodles BUT- I stacked only one noodle in a single sm cast iron skillet I used the cheese and meat sauce and simply layered it with each bending of the noodle. Then I topped with cheese and baked.. I baked 4 sm single skillets at one time and served the meal in those skillets

It was really good, next time I will drain the oil off the ground beef when it’s cooked before adding the tomato sauce because it was a little too oily, other than that, it was really delicious 😋

This was great!! I used a keto pasta recipe I found to make my own pasta since my zucchini was cut too thick the 1st time I made (I don’t have a mandolin). I didn’t have any tomato sauce so I cut up a tomato and mixed with olive oil, spices, and salt/pepper - turned out great!! My partner (who is not following keto) loved it!! Next time I will double the recipe as I use a bigger casserole pan and this only made one layer. It’s still great though and this will now be one of my regulars in the rotation!!

Good, tried making in a 3x6 glass casserole disk, and should’ve used an extra zucchini. Will make again

I used cottage cheese in place of recatta and used more garlic.

It was delicious! My extremely picky 6 year old (who does not eat veggies) asked for 2nds and 3rds! I will be making this again FOR SURE!

It was delicious. I added some Italian seasoning to the ricotta. Next time I make it I plan to double it since my family of 4 devoured every bite. I like having lunch leftovers.
