    I added some garlic butter on top of the bacon that was wrapped around the chicken & mixed bacon bits in the cream cheese in a bowl that I would stuff into the jalapeño to give it a subtle yet creamy smoky taste that I was looking for & omg, it came out amazing, it was super simple, a little messy (I’m a rookie cook, so I appreciate the simplicity yet amazingly flavorful recipe). Definitely would make again💕

    This is a great, simple recipe that has an impressive presentation. Before I added the jalapeños and cheese, I pounded the chicken flat and added garlic, cayenne, salt/pepper, and a little ranch powder at the suggestion of another reviewer. It turned out great. I also added more pepper once the bacon was wrapped, but I LOVE pepper. Thirty minutes was enough time in the oven with the chicken pounded flat. I love using a cast iron skillet for these kinds of recipes. Thanks!

    This was excellent...chicken was very tender! Roast your jalapenos before you stuff, I also added a dash of ranch seasoning to cream cheese, also Tony Chacheres, garlic powder, and pepper to chicken! Delicious!!!

    Made this today, very good. I did salt and pepper the chicken prior to filling. I was also heavy handed on the cheeses. It did take a bit longer to cook as we used bigger breasts which we butterflied. I definitely recommend. Not spicy at all. Just flavorful.

    Super easy to make and tasted great. Personally I added a little bit of Cajun seasoning on the top of the chicken before baking it just to give it that extra something and put it over the top. Will definitely become a staple on my keto diet!

    I’ll try some seasoning on the chicken next time. Took way more than 30 minutes, and bacon could have been crispier so I’ll try cooking it a bit before wrapping it. Overall my family and I enjoyed it

    This was a fantastic keto dish! I would add a bit more jalapeño and would lightly cook the bacon prior to wrapping (or buy thinner bacon). Otherwise I wouldn’t change a thing. Yum!

    Soooo good! I heated the cast iron pan stovetop and seared the bacon a couple of minutes on the top side before flipping and baking. I would add more jalapeños next time and maybe skip the cream cheese. I also whipped up a honey mustard sauce (honey, stone ground mustard, yellow mustard, Dijon, mayo and paprika).

    This was very good, easy to make and filling. Used all ingredients as directed. The only thing I did differently was to dice the jalapeños and blend the cheddar with the cream cheese to stuff the breast. I also had to brown the bacon wrapped chicken in a skillet on my stove top after removing it from the oven. We will make this again!

    I roasted the Jalapenos in the oven before wraping them in the chicken to softrn them up. This dish was absolutely delicious!!

    This was crazy delicious, and with the size of chicken breasts at our butcher we easily had four full servings from two breasts. My fiance does not tolerate spicey food well. He modified this recipe by swapping out the jalapenos for broccoli. Perfect!

    Excellent! So gooey and cheesy. Yum. Plan to use about 2-3 slices bacon per strip of chicken, depending on how stretchy it is. Large breasts of chicken might even take 3-4 slices to cover completely.

    this was delicious 350 convection for 30 mins! i added paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion powder to the top of the chicken before throwing in the oven.

    I didn't follow the recipe but used all ingredients, the cheddar oozed out while grilling, but the kabob sticks I used worked really well.

    turned out great, a little hard to get them rolled up. i use a bunch of tooth picks to hold it together. also next time im going to use a whole jalapeno per piece of chicken.

    The recipe is good and the pictures were useful. However I had to guess at the temp and time since they weren’t included in the directions.
