One of the tastiest soups I've made. I didn't have tomato paste and just used canned Italian seasoned diced tomatoes. I also used sweet Italian chicken sausage. Will be making again many times.

We loved this Italian Sausage and Cauliflower Rice soup recipe. I used frozen cauliflower rice. Next time I will add carrots and more sausage and cauliflower rice.
