not great, but considering its just 4 ingredients it is a great substitute for keto people. i am sure you can enhance the taste by adding some pb. i will definitely try it again

I used heavy cream instead of coconut milk and in addition to the vanilla extract I used some almond extract and sugarfree peanut butter and coco powder. it wAs sooo good and def keto friendly I’m going to try the coconut milk next time to compare

the consistency and texture of the ice cream was better than store bought ice cream. However, I wanted more flavor so will double the vanilla next time.

Great. My husband on keto was missing his ice cream so we gave this recipe a try. He really enjoyed it, even though he dislikes anything coconut. I concealed that with a couple of smashed strawberries.

the simplicity of this recipe is what makes it work, I think. the coconut cream unfortunately chunks up when frozen. still delish tho
