    I used Hershey’s Special Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder instead of the regular Hershey’s. Instead of the buttercream frosting offered by this chef and Author, I used the original frosting on the back substituting Swerve Confectioners Sugar. It came out ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. It tasted the same as with regular sugar!! 5-Stars!! Thank You for this cake recipe!!

    The bottom was cooked but so wet almost like coffee grounds I regret not making in a breakaway pan so I could’ve still at least made a cake
