Tried this for dessert tonight, it was yum! It's a very thin cake but it's pretty rich.
For the sweetener, I used 1/2 cup of Natvia which is a mix of stevia and erythritol, and found the sweetness to be just right.
To go with the cake, I used whipped coconut cream and also whipped cream.

Very good and super chocolaty! Doesn’t even need frosting. I used swerve sugar instead and was very rich. Taste like dark chocolate and YES gooey! Maybe a bit of caramel wld complete it BUT it wld defeat the purpose! Lol wld definitely make again!

Really nice chocolate flavor and textured. I used flaxseed instead of eggs because we don’t keep eggs and gooey recipes that use eggs freak me out...only problem was a bit oily, so might reduce the butter a bit

Baked this using an air fryer. 170 deg Celsius for 16 minutes (slightly faster than a conventional oven). And it turned out well.

This cake turned out great! And gooey! Maybe a bit thin because of the mold I used. Next time I’ll use a smaller and rectangular mold to make it thicker and more like brownies.

It turned out great. I honestly didn't wait the 20 minutes for the cool down. I'm greedy and ate a piece right away. It was moist and delicious.
