Loved it! My roasts never rise in temperature after cooking so I cooked to 145 degrees and it was a perfect medium rare, sliced nicely and melted in my mouth

Used 5lb boston butt. Cooked with a thermal thermometer to 150. Let rest for 10 minutes, then cut. Had a VERY picky eater come out for seconds. This well undoubtedly be added to our regular menu. Highly recommend

This was very good. Although, next time, I will add more cook time. I’m a medium to medium well guy.

It was delicious... I cooked a 3lb roast and it took 120 minutes total cooking time. We like medium rare and it was perfect.
