  • 1 cup almond butter (or swap for another nut butter of your choice. Cashew butter is phenomenal)
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup (100%, or monk fruit sweetener)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 3 cups seeds (mixed, and nuts of your choice, pumpkin, flax, hemp, sesame, cashews, almonds, pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts, etc)
