  • 12 ounces bacon (fried to your liking and set aside)
  • 8 fresh jalapeno peppers (large, – blanched, seeded and chopped.)
  • 1/2 cup jalapeno (Canned, Poppers, chopped and seeded.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 100 grams onions (caramelized, optional – I like it with onions!)
  • oil (for Frying)
  • 2 cups pork rinds (Crushed, you can make your own with a food processor – I use a 4oz bag of pork rinds and it’s usually enough)
