The taste is great... but the 'cookie dough' is a misnomer... lovely fat balls and a small paper muffin thingy is ESSENTIAL to corralling these things! What a mess to get together (although licking fingers - and, ahem, washing then - is lovely). Refrigeration is ESSENTIAL and good luck findng a method that doesn't take up too much space in your frige! I ended up stacking them carefully in glass jars w/ screw lids - exactly the right size for my hand to reach in for one.
