I love this recipe. I am a corn bread lover, but I’ve been doing the ketogenic diet and somethings I really miss I can’t have. This cornbread muffin recipe was so true to what I know. I was very pleased with the texture and love the taste. I would definitely recommend making this again and again.

They turned out to be pretty good. I made them to go with a Keto chili recipe I found. Like others have said, definitely tasted like eggs but I'd try them again.

A little dry, added a splash of heavy cream the second time and they turned out perfect! Will definitely keep these on the menu at my house. Great recipe, love them as muffins.

It was very savory, so if you like savory muffins, this is for you! I had it with some butter and it was amazing! A little eggy but that is the standard with the keto breads

OMG! Almost too good to be true! I added a dash of Italian herbs, powdered onion and garlic for extra flavoring. These are absolutely addictive!!
