    This was great! I changed it a bit so slightly higher net carbs. I used 1/4 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup cornmeal, 1/4 cup coconut flour plus 2 T sugar substitute. Preheated a square glass pan in the oven with 2 T bacon grease. I chopped a small jalapeno and added it to the batter.

    I mixed in the jalapeño into the batter instead & it was awesome!!
