  • 1/2 yellow onion (Medium, chopped)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (in Tomato Juice, 14.5oz)
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder (May need to use more if you choose a mild sausage)
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin

    Ok so I have to admit Keto is something I don’t fully agree with and I was very hesitant on how this would taste. I decided to try this recipe just for something different and to my surprise it was fantastic:). The flavours incorporated beautifully. I would definitely make this again! You should all give it a whirl:). Worth it!!

    Simply awesome using Instantpot! Added a cup of water total after 1/2 cup did not keep pot from “burn” indicator coming on just before it came to pressure. Just cut off pot, quick released, stirred and added 1/2 cup water, resealed pot and started over pressure settings. Came back up to pressure in about 3 minutes...so no big deal. 30 minutes later, pot switched to keep warm and I let it natural release over next twenty minutes. Opened, stirred, bowled added sour cream and shredded cheese...BAM!!!

    Easy to put in crockpot or insta pot!! Tasty! I added more chili powder for a bit more kick! Awesome- will be a go to for sure!

    Love it! This will be our new staple for me and my husband. I tend to add about two tablespoons of chili and I also add cayenne pepper for heat and I'll add about 2/3 cup of water to make it a bit more soup like. But nice and chunky and delicious and SUPER EASY.

    This is good chili! I did add a can of kidney beans for the kids. I used a tbsp of chili powder and could have used two. I also adapted for the instant pot and it turned out great! The family loved it!

    Really good chili! Especially because we don’t love beans. I used mild sausage and probably added 2 TBSP chili power. Will use spicier sausage next time.
    This was really good! Used my old Cast Iron Pot for to cook it on this very cold day.

    Very tasty. Would be perfect with a keto bun for dipping. Freezes very well so can be used for meal prepping for lunches.
