Running out of ideas for weeknight dinners..this was a great one! Used red onions and diced tomatoes instead since that’s what I had. Turned out good..thinking about trying with sausage next!

Followed the directions, it seemed to be under seasoned. It was better after I added crushed red pepper. The reason for the two stars. My teenagers and I was starving an hour and half after eating. I understand that it is Keto, but when my daughter is looking for more to eat (even when I added a side salad) it is not worth the effort. My teenage son has been eagerly waiting for the evening meal.

Love this. I just made the casserole for my husband tonight since he started a low carb diet. I used what we already had at home. I swapped the chicken for ground beef and left out pepperoni and bell pepper (not his favorites). I put in some extra olives and onions, along with a little more seasoning than this recipe. I used the Italian seasoning and garlic salt, and I added onion powder, Himalayan salt, and fine ground pepper. I used canned petite diced tomatoes rather than crushed tomatoes since that’s what we had in the cupboard. Basically, I made a hamburger meat, grilled onion, and olive pizza casserole topped with all that wonderful melted mozzarella. My ten-year-old loved it as much as my husband. I will make this again with more variations!! So easy and delicious.

This was absolutely delicious and so easy to make. We will make it again and are thinking about experimenting with adding some pork cubes in with the chicken
