Bland and missing something, maybe onions. It needed more veggies. I added a dash of cayenne.

Great curry. Cheap too. Added some chili garlic sauce after serving to taste. Incredible. Will make this again.

I added more garlic powder, some siracha sauce and more curry powder to give this recipe a boost in flavor. Oh, and some more salt and pepper. Otherwise, for me it would have been too bland. My husband actually liked it and with the added seasoning, it was flavorful yet healthy.

came out a bit bland. i added red pepper flakes which helped, but the heat was too much for my wife.
i was surprised that the curry and coconut didnt provide more flavor.

Used only 4tbsp of coconut oil, lite coconut milk, and 12oz of a frozen cauliflower/broccoli blend came out delicious!
