Every year we bake cookies and leave them out for Santa, So this year we are sharing our Keto cookies with Santa. They actually turned out better than I thought. The batter looked and felt gritty before baking. I made minor adjustments. I've always added cream cheese and brown sugar to my chocolate chip cookies, so I added a little cream cheese and subsituted the sugar with Truvia brown sugar blend. My daughter loved them. I didn't use all the batter because we are cutting back. So I just froze the rest
