I put mine in the oven after cooking the meat and adding zucchini, onions, and pico.
Used the rest of the onion, all of the cheese and put on low boil until the cheese was done.
Then topped with lettuce, black olives and tomato.
Entire family loved it

I really enjoyed this meal. I will say my kids did not enjoy it too much, maybe a little too spicy. I was worried that the veggies wouldn’t cook down very much, but they became soft. I will make this again most likely, maybe tame the jalapeños for the kids. I like it doesn’t dirty too many dishes. It’s pretty quick to cook too.
