This was okay. I can think of better things to do with these type good ingredients that go together so well

Amazing! I tripled the amount so that my husband and I can eat the leftovers for a week.
I used sirloin instead of ribeye, and pepper Jack instead of provolone (both cheaper options). We ate it on a keto bun with fresh spinach and a splash of Cholula. Hubby and I both agree that this is the best dish I’ve made in a few years, and I cook a lot of awesome meals so that’s really saying something!

This had great flavor! I put it on a bed of fresh greens from my garden and it was awesome. Next time I will not use so much butter the 4 oz was too much and I did it in a cast iron so 15 minutes was too long my cheese got too dark. However it still had great taste!

I used about 1 1/2 pounds of meat, a pound of mushrooms and mozzarella cheese, because it’s what I had. Made more like 6 servings and I should have upped the spices as well. I will next time. Very good. Served with keto bread.

Pretty good, though I switched strip steak for the ribeye (I only eat ribeye as steak. it's just too good to add to any recipe, imho). I also added about 3 times the amount of peppers called for.
Overall, pretty tasty.
