These are fantastic! We made them in a muffin tray with paper muffin wrappers and that made them so easy to eat. I wish they had some kind of crust, I'm thinking next time I'll make a keto pie crust and then use this as filling to make a keto cheesecake. It could use a little more flavor, maybe a bit more vanilla or some lemon zest. But overall my wife and I were very impressed, and these are a great way to increase your fat while also satisfying your sweet tooth!
