Great! I replaced the flaxseed meal with pork rinds and added another 1/2 cup of almond flour. Don’t be worried if it’s a bit liquidy if you use my edits it bakes PERFECTLY

The filling needed more flavour, but I greedier it the next time and it was awesome. Added ketchup and mustard and pickles right in with the meat....

Everyone loved it! I had a hard time with the muffin crust because I only had paper cupcake papers and they stuck on the paper really bad.
