- 2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (I get mine from the refrigerated section in the market)
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 cauliflower head (cut into smaller parts, think large noodle and mini-trees)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (for roasting the cauliflower)
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 2/3 cup smoked gouda cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup Gruyere cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup pork rinds (Ground)
- 2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
