    Made these without the Parmesan cheese (because I didn’t have any) and they tasted awesome. They were not finger food but they were amazing with guacamole and salsa

    These taquitos were very easy to make. Feel as though you need to eat them after they cool down, didn’t really reheat that well, but they were still tasty.

    AMAZINGLY GOOD! my whole family lived these including my brother in law who stopped in for a few. Easy to make and so tasty! I tripped the recipe tho because I have a bigger family. Def will make these again!

    Outstanding. Mine ended up being more like a soft taco than a taquito. That's no big deal. Made a double batch too. I was really surprised how the cheese held up. Reheated ok in the microwave. Just don't nuke them. I wouldn't change anything with this recipe.

    I cooked the chicken the slow cooker with buffalo sauce all day instead of baking it with Frank’s, but other than that the recipe was super helpful and they turned out amazing!

    Excellent recipe, cheese can get oily after so just pat with some paper towels before stuffing with chicken.

    I loved it but did make a few adjustments the second time. I put the cheese mixture in a pancake shape rather than a ball and they melted more evenly and it was easier to predict their size. I also reduced the cheddar and added more mozzarella and Parmesan to reduce grease since cheddar is super greasy when melted made no difference in taste and was far less greasy-:)
