Great, I like thicker but don’t need the added calories. Added shredded chicken breads to get the proteins!

I’ve never made broccoli cheese soup before. This turned out well! I like my soup a little thicker, so I added the xantham gum to give it the consistency I wanted. I also added Parmesan cheese and it put it over the top. Will definitely be using this recipe again!

Soo good!! I used vegetable broth instead, added green onion at the end. Will be making this again!!
