    I love bread and doing keto it’s the one thing I miss. This bread recipe is amazing. I substituted ground chia seed for the xathan gum. Definitely making this again!

    This is a very easy and tasty recipe. It has a very good texture and tastes best when comoletely cool, not eggy compared to many other low carb keto quick breads. It's quick to make up and relatively forgiving. I make it fairly often and it certainly makes a great stand-in for "real" bread.
