Best keto biscuit recipe I've found so far! I didn't have mozzarella so I used parmesan instead. I added a teaspoon of oregano, 1/2 teaspoon each of thyme & sage, & some fresh basil & chives. I used evoo & Greek yogurt to keep it lighter & made mini loaves with the batter.. Next time I will double the recipe.

These are so good! Very fluffy.
My husband even liked them and he makes old fashioned biscuits from scratch. The texture is more like a muffin. Next time, I may mix in some berries or suggested variations. Interested to know how well they reheat.

It turned out scrumptious! Mind you, I have been on a 20 total carb diet for a couple weeks so I am breathing rarefied air; not sure if others would love it as much! I plan to serve them for Thanksgiving so we’ll see!
