- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 tsp. sea salt (or Himalayan)
- 1 tsp. mustard (or dried powder)
- canela
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. chia seeds (powdered, powder in food processor or blender for thickness, optional)
