This is one of my favorite things to make to kick off a low carb week. But I alls love it with a little cornbread. I use ground turkey so I actually wind up adding a little olive or grapeseed oil. I made this for my Mom and she kept going back for more.

Good flavor! Will make again. I used the previous reviewer’s suggestion I drained the ground beef.
