    It was ok.... My jackfruit was in brine so it was suggested not to add salt to the flour mixture. It was very plain so i cracked some sea salt & Emeril spice onto both sides. I also baked after frying because some pieces were slightly al dente. I'll make a half batch next time, as my family didn't like it.
