Made this with real onion and garlic in place of the powders. Left out the flour because of a family member with celiac disease. Delicious!

This turned out to be a really simple and delicious Texas style chili. I added about 8 ounces of an amber lager after browning the beef and it really brought out the richness in the dish. My family and I loved it.
