- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 1/2 cups nuts (total, or ½ cup each of sliced almonds, pecan and walnut bits)
- 1 cup sunflower seeds (or pumpkin seeds)
- 1 cup coconut
- 4 tsp. canela
- 1 tsp. salt (omit if sunflower seeds are salted)
- 1 cup dried fruit (craisins, raisins, apricots – optional)
- 1 cup honey (heated in microwave, brown sugar, or white sugar, add sugars to dry ingredients)
- 1/2 cup canola oil (or butter, melted)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 cup dried fruit (craisins, raisins, apricots – optional)
