- 2 Lifeway Kefir (Low-fat Plain)
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1 parsley (/ cup)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil (for frying the chicken;)
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter (+ more for frying the crepes approximately ½ teaspoon per crepe;)

- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pinch salt

- 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
