I increased all of the spices but overall it was extremely delicious. The hubby loved it

This has become a staple with the family. Some options for making it even better, IMO:
1) use coconut oil instead of olive oil
2) use coconut milk instead of water (canned, real coconut milk, not the “coconut beverage” that baristas use — different stuff!)
3) add a cup of frozen corn at the same time you add the peas
Delicious. My 7-yr old will come ask for it as a snack!
