    excellent. Soft and not as brittle as some sandies, delicate but pack a flavor. I used toffee bits and pecans in mine.

    This cookie is one of my husband's favorite & he said it taste better than the original Keebler!!! I followed the recipe to the "T" and they came out beautiful. These are like a shortbread dough & you have to be careful not to over bake them!!
