This recipe turned out wonderful for this Army Vet turned amateur cook. Kid/husband tested and approved. I didn't use coriander. During the 1st make of Katzu, I used a wonderful coconut milk that cooked beautifully. The 2nd make of Katzu came out still tasty but with a coconut milk that didn't cook so smooth.
