- 1 medium onion (or 2 shallots, thinly sliced)
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. white sugar
- 1 medium carrot (diced)
- 1 Tbsp. flour (plain, all-purpose)
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tsp. soy sauce (dark not light)
- 300 mL stock
- 1 medium onion (or 2 shallotsm, thinly sliced)
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. white sugar
- 1 medium carrot (diced)
- 1 tsp. plain flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder (Katsu)
- 1/2 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 750 mL stock (vegetable or chicken)
- 75 grams edamame beans (I used frozen)
- 150 grams prawns (deveined/ cooked chicken/ shiitake mushrooms)
- 100 grams udon noodles
