- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne (adjust for heat)
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

- 1 cup bbq sauce (Kathy’s Smoky Sweet and Sticky)
- 2 cups tofu (or tempeh, cup into 1/2 thick triangles)
- olive oil (for pan)

- 1 cup sliced peaches
- white peaches (*I like, best for this)
- bbq sauce (cooked pan.)
