- 150 grams corn meal
- 1/2 lemon peel (only the yellow part)
- 1 liter skimmed milk
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 200 grams sugar
- salt
- 1/2 packet pudding powder (El Mandarin)

Directions
- Place a pan on the stove with a little water, lemon peel, and the cornmeal.
- Heat, stirring constantly so that it doesn't stick.
- When the water starts to evaporate, add the hot milk and stir occasionally.
- Once it begins to thicken, add the sugar and let thicken a little more.
- Remove the lemon peels, and serve sprinkled with cinnamon.
