pretty good stuff. i mean, let's not get carried away; it ain't no chocolate truffle, or even a nature valley bar. but it's healthier and tastes good. btw: sub in any flours, nuts, seeds, dried berries, dates, etc., as long as it's roughly the same moisture content. i'm gonna try chickpea flower, dates, and natural sugar sub next time. (this time, i cut back the dried fruit, choco, and syrup by a third, and it was fine but would have been better if i'd used dates instead of prunes.)
