- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano (if you have fresh oregano, even better, use 2 T of fresh)
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic (finely)
- salt and ground black pepper (to taste)
